Cancellation Policy

Each service offered by Guías de Yucatán (tourist activities) has its own cancellation policy depending on the activity. You can review it in the tour description and in the confirmation email sent once the reservation is authorized.

General terms

Guías de Yucatán allows changes and cancellations as follows:

• For tours 48 hours in advance of the start time.
• After this period, no changes or cancellations are accepted (restrictions apply).

System alterations

We use up-to-date reservation technology. If due to system errors we cannot fulfill the original reservation, we offer to reschedule the activity for another date and time, which you may accept or reject.

If you do not respond within 48 hours regarding the proposal, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and a refund issued immediately.

Transparent pricing

All published prices are totals. No surprise fees, no hidden commissions, no extra charges on the day of the tour.
